Please note that we do not currently ship internationally.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on All Pedals, Amplifiers & Guitars:
If you are not satisfied with your item you can return it within 14 days of the original purchase date for 100% store credit (less any shipping costs).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Accessories and Sale items goods are exempt from being returned.
All returns should be insured by the buyer and sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Please do not attach tape or labels to the item box. Please use a packing box to return the item.
If item is received in subpar condition, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged. Please take care of the item if you’re not planning to keep it.
*PLEASE NOTE- While we want to help you find the best possible product for your set up, if our return policy is abused we reserve the right to refuse repeat returns.
If a refund is required, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply.
Please Note: It typically takes a few business days for all credit card refunds to be processed and reflected on your statement.
This means it may take a few extra days for your refund to show in your account after your return is processed.
Special / Custom Orders:
All special and custom orders placed for a product not currently in stock will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The item is not eligible for return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
