Introduced in January, 2010 at the Winter NAMM Show, the C1 and C2 are vintage-styled Classic models in our more affordable Pro Series package. If you are a traditionalist who wants that vintage look and sound with the famous Suhr playability, the C1 (Rosewood fingerboard) and the C2 (one-piece Maple neck) models are just what you have been waiting for. The C1 model features the Classic body shape with lightweight Alder body, Maple neck with Indian Rosewood fingerboard, 60's C Standard neck shape, the Gotoh 510TS-SF1 bridge with steel block and bent saddles, Sperzel locking tuners, and a set of three FL Standard single-coil pickups. The C2 has identical specs but features a one-piece Maple neck instead of Rosewood fingerboard.
If you wanted master-built "Custom Shop" workmanship and quality without the frills and the high price, the Pro C1 and C2 models provide amazing Suhr quality along with tremendous value that you'll appreciate and enjoy for many years to come. The C1 and C2 models are available in seven popular vintage colors: 3-Tone Sunburst, Black, Fiesta Red, Olympic White, Sonic Blue, Surf Green and Vintage White.
