Dvk Technologies isn’t the biggest guitar effects pedal manufacturer on the planet, but you don’t have to be to make an impact in the boutique world of guitar pedal effects. You simply need to build great effect pedals. Dvk Technologies came about thanks to ‘The Doc’ (Dvk designer Craig Paine), pedal aficionado Brett Kingman, and Aussie music technology developer and distributor, Sound & Music, hankering for some stomp-box satisfaction. All Dvk pedal circuits are designed from the ground up, inspired by traditional pedal designs, and each one combining multiple effect circuits into single pedal units to take advantage of your ever decreasing pedalboard real-estate. Dvk designs also eschew the use of those annoying 9V batteries, and rightly so – batteries being yet another nasty byproduct of modernity we should all avoid.
