Devi Ever, otherwise known as the “Goddess of Fuzz”, is a boutique pedal manufacturer based in Portland Oregon. Beginning in 2003 with the company Effector 13, Devi has been producing insanely cool guitar and bass effects ever since. After the initial success of Effector 13, Devi decided to rename the company to Devi Ever FX. Well known for her insane, original, fuzz pedal designs, Devi has produced a veritable library of tone destroying (and enhancing) effects that have become very well known. Bands such as Smashing Pumpkins, My Bloody Valentine, UNKLE, Billy Gibbons, and more are using Devi Ever pedals and loving them. Devi Ever offers a wide range of noisemaking possibilities. From crazy sonic experimentation to straight up smooth fuzz, there is a Devi Ever pedal for any occasion. Most of the pedals in her line up are fuzz pedals (that’s how she got the title “Goddess of Fuzz”), however we do look forward to someday hearing Devi put her unique approach to pedal building to work on some modulation effects as well. Think of the Dream Mangler and then consider what could be done with a flanger…intriguing isn’t it.
